After experiencing burnout and loss, Willow embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Through the chakras and her own intuition, she learned to follow the energetic breadcrumbs that led her home to herself.
Willow holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and is a Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. As the owner of reGround Massage, she offers in-home sessions focused on pain relief and chakra energy assessments.
Her passion lies in self empowerment, helping others discover the tools they already have within. At this retreat, Willow will share "My Chakra Story," an interactive toolkit to guide you in accessing your own chakra blueprint and stepping into your power.
