On Friday night each practitioner will explain what they are offering. Sign up sheets will be available. Please bring CASH as each session will cost between $20-$40.
Yes Don't forget your phone cord, and wifi passwords will be provided upon arrival.
Take some time to do a little spring cleaning, gather and bring any clothing items including purses or shoes that you no longer want. All the items will be laid out and people can take what they want. At the end of the weekend we will donate anything left to Goodwill.
- Clothing to dress in layers for comfort. (sweatpants or yoga pants, sweaters or a cozy blanket, sneakers in case you’d like to take an outdoor stroll)
- A refillable water bottle
- A favorite tea cup /mug for delicious herbal tea
- A bathing suit and towel if you choose to use the hot tub
- Any beverages or snacks of choice (can be stored in dorm fridge)
- A bolster /meditation cushion or another cushion (NOT a necessary purchase).
- A throw blanket /yoga mat and pillow(unless you use the one from your room) if you want to try a 9D Breathwork session or for savasana or any other time during the day that you want to feel cozy.
Yes, please bring all personal toiletries, including hair dryer/curling iron.
Yes there are sheets and blankets on every bed. You will also be supplied with one bath towel, one hair towel, one hand towel and one face cloth. If you prefer to have additional towels for personal use, please bring those along. However, there are also laundry facilities in each node available for use.
Yes there are actually two hot tubs on site. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit and your own beach towel for use with the hot tub.
Yes. In the past guests have brought wine/coolers/pop etc and snack foods like chips/dip/cheese balls/crackers for consumption in the dorm. Please bring your own glass, paper plates, cutlery and napkins for snacks you have prepared. There is a fridge and microwave available.
Yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions when registering. You may also bring any alternatives for personal use and they can be stored in the kitchen fridge. For example, you can bring your own oat/soy/coconut milk or gluten free items.
