As a Restorative and Gentle Yoga Facilitator with 25+ years of experience, Celeste is dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of healing through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness. Her goal is to create practices that gently foster a deep sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, emphasizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Celeste invites both beginners and seasoned yogis to tune into their bodies, promoting a profound listening that enriches their experience and enhances self-discovery.

She also facilitates Women’s Circles and Workshops that serve as nurturing spaces for connection and empowerment. Through mindfulness practices such as reflection, journaling, movement, and ritual, women share our stories, listen deeply, and uplift one another, cultivating a strong sense of community, friendship, sisterhood, and support.

Inspired by nature, her practices honor the rhythms and cycles of the natural world around us. By connecting with nature, Celeste believes we can explore our own inner rhythms and cycles, deepening our understanding of ourselves.
